The Ars24Studio gallery will offer a three-day art exhibition to its visitors, including national and international artists such as Brian Bielmann, Clark Little or Ben Weiland. Moreover, well-known fashion brands will present their collections within the framework of the Saltwater Pop-Up Store. The open air cinema “Kino, Mond & Sterne” will screen international movie premieres in the presence of their directors. And those who like to party will find their proper place at the O’Neill Party in the famous Strom Club. The Blue Tomato Skate Contest supported by Iriedaily, will lead over from the sportive part of the festival to its celebration.
Hamburg // 9-12 July 2015
In the festival’s hometown, the Saltwater Pop-Up Store and an art gallery coveringregional and international artists will pop up in a still secret location. Contributing to the urban festival feeling, the Blue Tomato Skate Contest supported by Iriedaily, will invite skaters to demonstrate their skills. The Mojo Club will provide an appropriate location for the O’Neill party and allow for hip hop legend MC René and a live act from Carl Crinx to make the pack go berserk. In cooperation with Zeise Open Air Cinema, the Altona town hall will become the setting for international surf movie premieres and grant festival guests with an unforgettable experience.
Cologne // 30 July – 2 August 2015
As an opening to the festival, the Cinenova’s large open air area will screen the latest cinema premieres from the surf & skate scene. Meanwhile, the famous Saltwater Pop-Up Store will be installed in the hot spot gallery Ampersand, located in the suburb of Ehrenfeld, and accompanied by a multifaceted art exhibition with artworks from water and asphalt. The Odonien Cologne will bring skaters to their limits in the Blue Tomato Miniramp Contest supported by Iriedaily, while the Best Trick Contest will require precision and elegance. If you feel like loud beats, you should aim for the venue’s dance floor later-on and celebrate yourselves during the O’Neill Party.
