These workouts are designed to train targeted muscle groups to continue delivering power when it counts the most. Most championship title fights are 25 minutes long (five, 5 minute rounds) and consist of flurries and bursts of energy. Each of these half-hour workouts is like going five, five minute rounds in the ring.
