Cool Story was by far the most difficult video we ever made. It was linear. It had a story board. The first part started on October 22nd and the last part ended April 29th with a certain someone’s high school graduation. Cool Story was a poking-fun-at ourselves video. Like in Zoolander; “Cool Story, Hansel”. How many snowboard interviews, voice overs, self-aggrandizing “action documentaries” go into these in-depth stories about how hard it is being a snowboarder, and my parents were skiiers, and I just wanted to do my own thing after snowboard academy, and I bought a snowmobile but I haven’t used it because I love split boarding, and it was too cloudy to heli so we just got wasted … and all along you’re thinking COOL STORY!
