All intellectual property rights in the information and content on our website belongs to XTremeVideo or its licensors. Much of the the content is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. It may be copied for your personal use. No content should be modified, performed, published, transferred to anyone else (unless otherwise stated on the site) nor used for any commercial purpose. Except to the extent permitted by applicable law, you must not disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or otherwise break or attempt to break encryption protecting any content on, or downloaded from this site.

Registration and Security

You can browse most of the site without registering, but you need to register if you wish to enter any prize draw or competition or use any other interactive areas of the site. If you register we will give you a password and user name to give you access to those features. You must keep your password safe and you must not disclose it to any third party. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or other security breach of which you become aware. Any personal registration details you choose to provide must be accurate and current and you must notify us of any change. We reserve the right to cancel your registration at any time at our absolute discretion.

Downloads

Content, including, film, music, sounds and software may be available for download from this site. You must follow the directions that appear on the site about how to download. XTremeVideo is not responsible for any loss of data or damage to your software or hardware or other loss or damage caused by failure to follow our directions. However, please let us know if you are experiencing problems downloading content you have paid for and we will endeavour to do everything with in our power to grant you access to that content within the briefest possible delay.

Termination
