DVD orders usually take 5-7 working days to arrive depending on where in the world they are being sent. Most common reason for not receiving orders are: 1) your credit card or PayPal payment has not gone through so goods have not been shipped; 2) The package has been delayed in the post, in which case you just need to be patient, 9 out of 10 times they show up fine.
